About the role: Draft contracts, provide governance and commercial advice, and advice relating to grants, probity and procurement . Working with a highly experienced and award-winning Partners . Work with government clients and agencies. Be involved in a variety of complex and sensitive nation-building projects . The ideal candidate: Lawyer with 2-5 PQE , with experience in probity working with government clients. Must be able to obtain and/or maintain a security clearance at Baseline Level . Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Strong knowledge of local or state governmen t legal frameworks. A team player, capable of working autonomously.
