Introduction About the Role Rubicon Water, a leading provider of water management solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Field Technician to join our team in Shepparton, Australia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining our technical standards and supporting our frontline workforce across diverse sites in Australia. You will install, maintain, and troubleshoot Rubicon and third-party products while working with cutting-edge technologies to ensure seamless operations. Your ability to manage projects, lead fault diagnosis and provide exceptional support will be key to our success. Don’t have all the skills listed? No problem! Description Key Responsibilities Have an in-depth knowledge of Rubicon Products and services Conduct installations and commissioning of Rubicon products on-site Lead fault diagnosis and repairs – both onsite and in the factory – to minimise downtime Collaboration with other teams to develop and implement system modifications and upgrades Provide exceptional customer service and customer support for queries, faults, repairs, and maintenance Qualifications & Skills We want to hear from you if you have the following: Technical/Electrical trade qualification (preferred but not essential) Current drivers licence essential Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to disassemble and reassemble products Proficiency in computer-based data management and documentation Knowledge DC electrical theory, SCADA systems and data communications Understanding of OH&S principles and quality Assurance Ability to work independently and remotely Self-motivated with excellent communication skills Enjoy working outdoors Skills And Experiences About Rubicon Rubicon Water has a vision to sustainably increase global food and fibre production through improved water use efficiency.
