We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager (s) to lead the safe and successful delivery of a diverse portfolio—up to 30 concurrent projects , including new mine valued at up to $60M USD . About the Role: This is not your average PM role. You’ll be: Leading projects across both greenfield and brownfield scopes Navigating complex operational environments across multiple sites Collaborating with Engineering Service Providers (ESPs) and senior stakeholders while in Brisbane Rotating through a dynamic roster designed for impact and recovery: 3 weeks onsite , 1 week in Brisbane , 2 weeks off Key Responsibilities: End-to-end management of project lifecycle (planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout) Drive delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and safety across a complex project portfolio Facilitate reviews: engineering, constructability, operability, risk, HAZOPs, FMECA Manage contracts, procurement, change control, RFIs, variations, claims, and AFE documentation Lead progress meetings, risk reviews, stakeholder reporting, and steering committee updates Ensure seamless project handover, including operations readiness and training packages About You: Degree-qualified in Engineering, Construction, or Project Management Proven track record in delivering multi-million-dollar MINING or heavy industry and related projects Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience Able to juggle multiple high-value projects under pressure Comfortable working autonomously across both site and corporate environments Committed to safety, quality, and continuous improvement What's on Offer: High-impact role in a fast-paced portfolio of national significance Generous time-off rotation to balance intensity with recovery Work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams Competitive remuneration and long-term project pipeline This is an urgent role – immediate start available for the right candidate.
