As the Learning & Development Lead in a large-scale enterprise asset management program you will lead, direct and oversee the quality of the Learning & Development workstream: • Lead a team of offshore Learning & Development professionals to define, implement and continuously improve the learning outcomes of end users • Progress all learning artefacts through the quality assurance and approvals framework, ensuring no slippage to schedule or quality • Be the onsite integration point between the broader change and program team, and the offshore Learning & Development team Required Skills • Proven experience in large scale SAP-driven transformations • Proven experience in EnableNow, WalkMe and/or similar digital adoption tools • Proven experience in the design and rollout of creative learning solutions • Proven experience in designing a holistic ecosystem of learning solutions pre, during and post go live to sustain end user adoption • Proven experience in ensuring that stakeholder adoption is measurably embedded into BAU so our clients realise the expected benefits of the change • While the initial focus of this role is Learning & Development, future projects may require a shift into adjacent skillsets such as organisational change management
