What this Role Offers Manage a large, multidisciplinary maintenance team Contribute to expansion projects at Golden Grove (greenfield and brownfield) Drive cost control and business improvement initiatives About the Opportunity An opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Superintendent (Mechanical) to join our Golden Grove operation in Western Australia. In this role, you will report to the Maintenance Manager and work on an 8:6 roster. Your focus will be on providing strategic and operational management for the maintenance function, ensuring asset reliability, safety, and alignment with business objectives. Your primary responsibilities will include: Leading safe, efficient maintenance in line with site plans, guidelines, and statutory requirements. Managing planning, scheduling, and supervisory teams to deliver weekly work plans. Overseeing recruitment, development, and the performance of maintenance personnel. Driving improvements in safety, reliability, and maintenance performance. Ensuring HSEC compliance and promoting a strong safety culture. Monitoring and reporting on KPIs, budgets, and work progress to meet business targets. About You Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical maintenance, including previous experience in coordinator or superintendent-level roles. Other key skills, experience, and qualifications: Mechanical trade certificate. Experience within mineral processing fixed-plant environments. Skilled in maintenance planning, scheduling, reliability, defect elimination, and asset management. Proven ability in cost control, budgeting, and business improvement. Familiarity with the Work Health and Safety Act 2020 and Mines Regulations 2022. Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems. Current C-class manual driver’s licence.
