Key Responsibilities: Wash, buff, hand wax, and polish boat exteriors to maintain a glossy finish. Regular wash down and dry of vessels. Applying teak treatments. Stainless steel polishing. Skipper and deck hand duties, where required. Overall boat maintenance duties. About you: Previous experience in boat detailing or a similar role is an advantage, but not essential – were willing to train the right person! Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality Ability to work independently and part of a team Comfortable working outdoors and in marine environments Competent with power tools Valid drivers licence Keen, fit and motivated Capable of performing efficiently within tight deadlines Marine knowledge and good communication skills.
