About the Role In this position, you will play a key role in analysing and controlling costs to ensure financial efficiency across all divisions. You will be responsible for evaluating cost structures, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and providing actionable insights to support strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to): Lead and support business improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing cost efficiency across departments. Analyse operational processes and financial data to identify inefficiencies and root causes of cost overruns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cost-effective solutions. Drive continuous improvement projects, using methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma where appropriate. Track progress of initiatives and report on improvement outcomes and cost-saving impact. Develop and maintain documentation related to project plans, process maps, and KPIs. Provide insights and recommendations to leadership through clear and concise report . About You: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience in business improvement, project management, operational excellence, or cost optimisation roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive mindset. Familiarity with improvement frameworks such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen is highly regarded. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in using project management tools and Microsoft Excel or other analytical software. Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
