Join us in bringing a new approach to medical and wellbeing care for detainees by: Working in collaboration with the primary health care team to ensure a multidisciplinary, coordinated and integrated approach to service delivery. Participating in the assessment, planning and implementation of care based on individual detainee needs incorporating a holistic approach to primary health care service delivery. Undertaking a wide range of clinical duties including but not limited to immunisations, blood collection, wound dressings, health assessments, care planning, medication administration, health promotion and education etc, ensuring care is evidence-based and delivered using clinical guidelines and practice to underpin competency. Providing proficient, evidence-based chronic disease management.
