We’re now hiring a Head of Content & Podcast Production a creative powerhouse who can lead the full content lifecycle from ideation to execution. You’ll report to the Head of Marketing and own everything from content strategy to editing, directing, podcasting and publishing. This is not a delegation role. This is a hands-on leadership role. Camera in hand, editing dialled, narrative on point. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Plan, shoot and edit engaging video content across testimonials, promos, behind-the-scenes, educational, and social Produce full podcast episodes from setup to distribution (Spotify, Apple, YouTube) Operate and manage camera, audio, lighting and editing equipment solo Build and execute content calendars across all channels (YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram) Edit video and audio using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro / Audition etc.) Add supporting motion graphics and visuals as needed Keep our content fresh, fast-moving and aligned with current trends Manage project timelines and deliver consistent, high-volume, high-quality media 5 years in a content/video/podcast production role (in-house or agency) Hands-on skillset — you can film, edit, produce and publish solo Strong gear knowledge, cameras, lighting, sound, recording setups Confident directing talent and shaping storylines with purpose Solid editing skills in Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci Bonus: Motion graphics / animation / After Effects KEY SKILLS CONTENT CREATION / VIDEO / PODCAST / EDITING / AUDIO / BRAND / YOUTUBE / STRATEGY Seniority level Seniority level Director Employment type Employment type Full-time Job function Job function Marketing Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Searchability by 2x Sign in to set job alerts for “Head of Content” roles.
