Description Reporting to the Partner, People Advisory Services as People Advisory Manager you will partner with clients to design solutions that help them solve their complex people and workforce related issues with a strong focus on change management initiative. Responsibilities will include; · Leading engagements end-to-end, including opportunity identification, commercial management and project delivery · Client relationship and engagement management · Coaching and developing our team · Contributing to the culture and development of future leaders across Consulting · Co-creating solutions that respond to client needs · Developing your technical skills across our core services Profile To successful in this role, you will have a strong track record within a Consulting/Professional Services firm delivering client facing people advisory-related projects. Your skills and experience will include; A demonstrated experience in change management programs; Well-developed core consulting skills (business development, analysis and solution development, reporting, presenting and engaging with clients, engagement management); An entrepreneurial mindset and an aptitude to grasp new concepts with a results driven approach.
