Our reputable client is currently expanding their Financial Planning team and are on the lookout for an experienced candidate whom has worked within a Financial Planning environment to join this dynamic & friendly team within their fast paced & busy Financial Planning Division. This position will be working closely alongside the Senior Financial Planners as well as the division within an Administrative Support position and the client is open to it either being offered as 4 or 5 full days so please remember to include your preference in your cover letter. Duties include but are not limited to: Administration support to the Financial Planning team Exceptional prioritisation and organisational abilities are required so that you can keep everyone in the team up to date in regards to workflow Multi-tasking Assisting with client enquiries Meet & greet clients when required Organise meeting room as required Maintaining the client database Maintaining documentation templates as well as filing systems Assistance with drafting SoA's / RoA's under guidance from senior staff Preparation of client review and new client packs Fact finding & client research Lodgement of applications Timely communication with a variety of internal and external stakeholders General housekeeping and office duties as required Requirements: Minimum 3 years experience within a Financial Planning Environment or Administrative experience within a Professional Services Environment (such as Accounting / Finance Related / Legal) with an interest / studies in Financial Planning. XPLAN exposure beneficial Understanding of compliance and legal requirements within the industry MS Suite - Intermediate level Enthusiastic with a high level of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion. Highly organised & procedure driven Strong attention to detail & accuracy Proactive with self-initiative & keen to learn!
