Job Description Mobility has developed an innovative tech platform to revolutionise the way community and residential care is delivered in Australia, connecting those requiring care, such as people with a disability and the elderly, with workers in their local area. About the role We are looking for someone to join our Operations Team. This is a joint role to support the Finance team in daily accounting tasks and assist the Quality Assurance team in testing software systems to ensure functionality, accuracy, and compliance with standards. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be able to multi-task and have an innate customer-first approach, whilst being savvy with technology. This is a full-time permanent opportunity based in Perth. Core Responsibilities Include Billing/Accounts Duties (approx. 40%): • Making adjustments to services and invoices, as per direction from the relevant business department, when required. • Handle all invoicing queries from both internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner. • Produce regular aging reports. • Chase up customers for outstanding payments. • Accurately maintain customer accounts data. • Provide statements of account to customers when required. • Provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams as required. QA Tester Duties (approx. 60%): • Perform manual testing of web or mobile applications against test cases and specifications. • Document and report bugs or inconsistencies in a clear, structured format. • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve issues. • Suggest improvements for usability, efficiency, and performance. To be successful in this role you will need to have • Ability to adapt to a changing environment, work effectively with others, keen eye for detail and contribute to a positive team environment. • The ability to use multiple technology platforms and systems, including strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office (especially Excel) suite of programs. • High degree of self-motivation. • Strong time management and organisational skills.
