Reporting to the Project Manager, the Implementation Manager will work closely with veterinarians, operational leaders, IT teams, and regional managers to prepare clinics for system transitions and help them embed new processes effectively. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, solid change management experience, and a practical mindset to help teams navigate uncertainty with confidence. Monitor project milestones and timelines, addressing any issues or delays to keep the rollout on track. Provide clear documentation and reporting to ensure visibility of progress and risks. Stakeholder Collaboration Act as the key liaison between clinic teams, regional operations, IT, and external vendors. Build strong relationships with veterinarians and support staff to foster engagement and confidence in the rollout. Facilitate regular communication between all stakeholders, ensuring updates are timely, accurate, and well understood. Gather and share feedback to inform implementation improvements and respond to concerns early. Change Management Support clinical teams through change by promoting awareness, understanding, and adoption of new systems. Identify potential areas of resistance and work with clinic leadership to manage concerns effectively. Encourage a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within clinical environments. Tailor change approaches to suit each clinic's readiness and team dynamics. Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess success, gather feedback, and identify lessons learned. Collaborate with the broader project and operational teams to improve rollout frameworks and future implementations. Ensure that clinics are not only "live" but are confident and capable in using the new systems effectively. Monitor the clinical impact of changes and escalate any issues requiring technical or operational support. Travel and On-Site Support Be available to attend clinics in person during critical rollout periods, offering real-time support and problem-solving. Represent the project team on the ground, helping teams feel supported and connected throughout the transition. Skills, Attributes, and Experience: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisation and time management, with the ability to juggle multiple clinic rollouts Demonstrated experience in change management, ideally in a clinical or healthcare setting An adaptable problem-solver who thrives under pressure and can adjust to shifting priorities Willingness to travel to clinics during key implementation periods Why VetPartners?
