For this role we are looking for a permanent part-time (minimum 20hrs per week) or full-time vet to join the team in a senior capacity. Key Role Responsibilities: Lead complex case management and oversee advanced medical cases requiring expert diagnostics and treatment planning. Provide clinical leadership, mentoring and inspiring junior vets and nurses while fostering a high-performing, supportive team culture. Deliver compassionate client care and manage sensitive client communications, especially around critical care and end-of-life decisions. Contribute to scheduling, policy development, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of hospital protocols and standards Champion innovation - stay at the forefront of veterinary medicine through ongoing education, research, and team skill development.
