ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Superintendent / Senior Supervisor for a multimillion-dollar tank project in Perth. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in large-scale construction. Manage permanent works design with the in-house team. Supervise formwork, reinforcement, and post-tensioned slab pouring. Lead precasting, installation, and stitching of wall panels. Oversee post-tensioning of walls and internal column casting. Ensure waterproofing and long-term structural integrity. Manage crane erection and heavy lifting operations. Work with engineering teams to improve construction methods. Monitor schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Lead and motivate teams in high-pressure environments. Requirements: Minimum of 15 years of experience in piling, heavy civil, or infrastructure projects. A Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., WHS, Rigging & Lifting, Post-Tensioning). Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety standards.
