ConsultANZ is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a multimillion-dollar tank project in Perth. This is an ideal opportunity for a highly skilled professional with a proven track record in managing large-scale, complex construction projects. Main Duties: Oversee all aspects of the project from planning to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline objectives are met. Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and resources. Collaborate with design, procurement, construction, and QA teams to drive project success. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies. Review technical drawings and ensure compliance with industry standards. Mentor junior engineers and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Supervise critical construction tasks, including post-tensioning, base slab work, precasting, and waterproofing. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field. 10 years of experience in project management, preferably in large-scale construction.
