Facilities Coordinator Perth Location 12-Month Contract We are seeking an experienced Facilities Coordinator for an external client based in Perth. As a Facilities Coordinator you'll be a vital part of the Workplace team and be responsible for the leadership and delivery of the operations and experience services. Key Responsibilities Managing the Facilities, Compliance and Maintenance plans, ensuring all workplaces run smoothly and legal compliance activities are met across all sites. Manage fleet vehicles including the servicing, cleaning and maintenance of the vehicles. Manage security passes for the office completing regular audits for security compliance. With support from the Technology team, leading the Workplace team in managing all Workplace Technology tools (A/V systems, desk & locker bookings and maintenance) Supporting the Workplace Manager in delivery of Workplace projects across the region and driving new continuous improvement initiatives. Representing the Workplace team in our business; working with key stakeholders (Senior Leadership, Technology, H&S team etc.) Key Capabilities Have a good understanding of legislative code compliance. Enjoys developing processes & procedures. Brings enthusiasm and energy to the Workplace team. Can develop strong relationships across a business . Is a technical master in managing a high-functioning Workplace, with strong knowledge of what good looks and feels like. Is passionate about driving process improvement. Brings strong leadership experience to the role. Is a self-starter who is adaptable, resilient and thrives in a fast paced, exciting, people centric environment.
