Regional Sales and Operations Lead – Hosting solutions Altera Digital Health Adelaide About Us Altera Digital Health is dedicated to empowering healthcare organizations with innovative technology solutions. We strive to improve patient care, enhance operational efficiency, and drive better health outcomes through our comprehensive suite of digital health platforms and services. This is a really exciting new position to join our Australian team, the purpose of this will be to expand our Hosting Solutions footprint within the Australian healthcare market by identifying add-on opportunities with existing clients and providing operational leadership to support our growth. Role Responsibilities Proactively Engage with Clients: Collaborate with existing clients to uncover their evolving needs and present innovative, tailored Hosting Solutions. Manage technology client relationships through daily communications, weekly strategic meetings, and monthly KPI/SLA reports to executives. Champion Client Support: Take ownership of all client hosting issues, ensuring they are resolved swiftly and satisfactorily. Serve as the primary technology escalation point for clients. Deliver Regular Updates: Provide consistent program status updates and performance reports to keep clients informed and engaged. Facilitate Internal Collaboration: Ensure seamless cooperation among internal teams and business partners for successful service delivery. Navigate Change Management: Oversee environmental change control processes to keep clients informed and ensure their acceptance. Manage multiple internal workstreams, including decommissions, right-sizing, security measures, and best practices. Implement Proactive Monitoring: Utilize performance monitoring tools to identify and resolve issues proactively. Analyze performance data trends and present actionable insights. Document Best Practices for Success: Record client processes and incorporate lessons learned to create a roadmap for ongoing success. Role Requirements Proven track record of success in SaaS or software sales, with experience selling complex solutions. Demonstrated ability to follow through on commitments, drive projects to completion, and be highly responsive in a fast-paced environment. Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with experience working effectively across sales, marketing, and technical teams. Operational background with a track record of applying practical understanding to drive business growth and sales initiatives. Working Arrangements: There may be up to 50% of travel required.
