About the Role We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team in Unley. This role involves assisting clients with product selections, managing the showroom experience, and driving sales performance. Key responsibilities include: Providing tailored advice and product information to customers Maintaining a high-end, visually appealing showroom Achieving sales targets and KPIs Building and maintaining strong client relationships Managing customer transactions and enquiries efficiently Following up to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business Staying up to date with industry trends and product knowledge About You To be successful, you will bring: Availability to work on a set roster from Monday to Saturday (one weekday off) Experience in retail or showroom sales (experience in the building/architectural market highly regarded) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organisational and time management skills Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems A proactive, hands-on approach and a strong focus on customer service What’s on Offer A collaborative and supportive team environment Ongoing training and professional development The opportunity to represent a well-known, luxury showroom brand Career progression within a growing, national business How to Apply If you’re passionate about design, customer service, and working with premium products, we want to hear from you.
