The purpose of this role is to provide early, timely and personal service to workers, providers and stakeholders whilst providing an empathetic customer experience . This position focuses on customer service and support to all stakeholders to provide pro-active, tailored, timely and effective management of specialised claims. This will be a full time, permanent position based in the Adelaide office, with flexibility to work from home once fully trained. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Pro-actively create and implement claims management strategies outcome of efficient and sustainable return to work for workers Liaise with all internal and external stakeholders regularly to progress strategies and actions Develop strong customer relationships and provide a high level of customer service to all parties Conduct purposeful community-based visits to worksites or medical clinics at initial stages of a claim to deliver face to face assistance to workers and employers Conduct health promotion activities to enhance the injured worker’s wellbeing and empower them to participate in their own treatment and recovery ABOUT YOU Excellent customer service skills including the ability to influence and negotiate outcomes Demonstrates strong customer service focus with exceptional organisational and time management skills Highly resilient with a positive attitude and determination to overcome challenges Displays sound analytical and problem-solving skills Strong computer and records management skills WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
