This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in both the property management and development teams. Key Responsibilities: Day-to-day management of a retail-centric property portfolio Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and arrears management Coordinating maintenance and contractor services Building strong relationships with tenants and landlords Budgeting, reporting, and financial management using Cirrus8 About You: 2 years' experience in commercial property management, ideally with retail exposure Working knowledge of Cirrus8 or similar property management software Strong communication and relationship management skills Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and collaboratively Why Join?
