Trojan Recruitment Group is is seeking a dynamic and proactive Customer Operations Coordinator to join our high profile Client in Mascot. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate the end-to-end process of inbound and outbound shipment volumes, ensuring world-class service in line with DHL’s market-leading standards. Your Responsibility Serve as the primary contact for customers, internal departments, and 3PL partners (both local and international). Oversee daily freight movements, flight coordination, billing, cost monitoring, and spot rate pricing. Deliver exceptional customer service by proactively managing shipment tracking, updates, and resolutions. Work closely with international stakeholders to ensure timely pickup, processing, and delivery. Support continuous process improvements and help drive profitability and customer satisfaction. Coordinate with various departments including Gateway, Ground Ops, Customs, Finance, and Claims. Liaise with airlines, truckers, and service providers to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Skills & Experience Flexibility to work shifts based on regional time zones Minimum 2 years in freight forwarding, air freight, or logistics operations. Sales experience is a plus. Experience with 3PL coordination, customer service, and shipment tracking IATA certification and Dangerous Goods certificate are advantageous.
