OFFICE MANAGER ABOUT THE ROLE: Stream Healthcare is seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our dynamic and growing team in Booragoon, WA. This is a full-time opportunity to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of a high-performing recruitment office. As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both the leadership team and consultants while helping to shape and improve internal systems and processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily office operations to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the leadership team Oversee office supplies, facilities, and equipment to ensure a well-resourced environment Maintain and improve internal systems, procedures, and databases Coordinate meetings, internal communications, and staff events ABOUT YOU: We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting a passionate, professional team.
