Our client, Access Training Centre, a locally owned and leading Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is seeking a new CEO. This role offers a unique opportunity to join the Access Training Centre family as their new CEO, setting the future direction and strategy by building on a strong, successful foundation as one of Australia's most respected RTOs. This opportunity has arisen as the current CEO (and founder) plans to step back to become CFO, continuing to support the incoming CEO from the executive board. The incoming CEO will benefit from the mentorship and support of the executive board and founder, ensuring a seamless transition and setting up for long-term success. Please note: this opportunity is open to interstate applicants willing to relocate to Adelaide. As CEO, you will: Inspire & Lead: Craft and communicate a compelling vision, foster a high-performance culture aligned with organizational values, develop strategic plans, set ambitious goals, and ensure departmental alignment. Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, ensuring high-quality training delivery and compliance with regulations. Monitor KPIs, implement process improvements, and ensure efficient daily operations. Trainer Development: Cultivate a team of exceptional trainers through strategic recruitment, development, and performance management. Oversee trainer evaluations and promote continuous learning. Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. Address concerns, foster long-term partnerships, and drive retention. Strategic Growth: Lead digital transformation, optimize resources, and ensure financial sustainability. Drive innovation in training delivery via digital platforms, manage budgets, and uphold financial accountability. Quality and Compliance: Lead initiatives to uphold high standards for training programs and services. Ensure content is regularly reviewed and updated, manage risks, and ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with industry partners, regulatory bodies, and other stakeholders. Represent the organization at industry forums and public events. Your skills and experience include: Senior management or operational experience within an RTO or related industry Knowledge of the National Standard for Licensing Persons Performing High Risk Work and understanding of the VET Quality Framework Proven leadership skills, ability to inspire teams, drive strategic initiatives, manage complex operations, and lead change in a dynamic environment Expertise in financial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement Experience with Blended Learning programs We welcome expressions of interest and applications from those interested in this opportunity.
