This role requires a blend of technical expertise across multiple technology areas, team leadership, and strategic thinking to design, implement, and manage robust network solutions that support the organization's objectives. Key Skills & Experience 10 years of professional engineering experience in the telecommunications industry, with comprehensive knowledge of public switching telephone networks and telecom networking (Carrier experience). Experience in carrier design requirements, technology direction, market trends, and regulatory obligations. Hands-on experience dealing with technical requirements for fixed networks, mobile networks, and data networks. Skills in product design and rollout for fixed and mobile networks, including the implementation of Fixed to Mobile Convergence (FMC). Technical expertise in 5G (NSA and SA), IMS, CNF, NFVi, Voice over NBN, Voice over LTE, Voice over WiFi, fixed TDM telephony, Mobile 3G, LTE, SMS, IP PBX, SBC, VMware, and multimedia technologies such as WebRTC or RCS.
