The Role We’re seeking a commercially minded, hands-on operator to lead the next phase of our growth. This is a pivotal role for a strategic thinker with operational depth, customer obsession, and entrepreneurial grit. You’ll be responsible for ensuring every property performs at its peak - while shaping systems, people, and processes to scale our brand across new markets. Key Responsibilities Own day-to-day operations across guest experience, housekeeping, maintenance, inventory, and property readiness - ensuring seamless delivery and high net promoter score at scale. Collaborate with the Director on strategic initiatives including expansion, process automation, and new service offerings. Drive commercial performance by optimising property listings, pricing, and channel distribution (Airbnb, Booking.com etc.) Identify and onboard new properties, ensuring they meet Seaside Homes’ brand and commercial standards from day one. Analyse performance metrics to inform pricing, marketing, and operational improvements - owning reporting and insights to stakeholders. Implement scalable systems and SOPs to improve efficiency, consistency, and data-driven decision-making. Coordinate third-party contractors (cleaning, maintenance) with precision and cost-awareness, ensuring service excellence. Who You Are 8 years of experience in strategic, analytical, or operational roles - whether from law, consulting, professional services, startups, or other high-performance environments. Led complex, fast-moving work, developed strong commercial instincts, and know how to drive results.
