Key Responsibilities: Assist with the day-to-day management of a diverse property portfolio. Liaising with tenants and landlords addressing their queries and coordinating updates. Assisting with lease administration, including rent reviews, renewals, and option terms. Monitoring arrears and preparing monthly owner reports. Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and outgoing audits. Coordinating property maintenance and overseeing facilities management. Managing incoming calls, mail, and office supplies. Maintaining accurate tenant files and actioning account queries. Collaborating closely with senior property managers and the Head of Asset Management. What We’re Looking For: Proven administration experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Previous experience in Commercial Property and knowledge of Cirrus8 ideal Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with stakeholders Excellent time management and organisational skills with great attention to detail.
