As the largest distributor in the territory, we play a critical role in delivering timely and efficient distribution services across a wide network of clients. We are currently seeking a full-time ICT Business Analyst to join our team and support the ongoing development and optimisation of our business systems and technology infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements and objectives Analyse current business processes and identify areas for system improvement Develop detailed documentation including business requirement specifications, functional specifications, and system design documents Collaborate with IT and operational teams to design, implement, and test technology solutions Assist in the development and implementation of new business systems and software Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for ICT systems Conduct data analysis to support business decisions and strategy Ensure that IT solutions align with business goals and compliance standards Assist with training staff on new systems and processes Monitor and evaluate system performance and recommend optimisations Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Systems, or a related field At least 1 year of relevant work experience in ICT business analysis or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Proficiency with business analysis tools and methodologies Experience working with ERP or inventory management systems is desirable If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional looking to make a difference in a dynamic industry, we encourage you to apply.
