Organisational Change Manager | Digital Uplift Program Canberra | Management Consultancy | $180K Super (pending experience) We’re seeking an experienced Organisational Change Manager to lead change strategy and delivery across a high-impact federal digital uplift program. This is a pivotal role within a multi-disciplinary delivery team, focused on ensuring adoption and engagement through structured, people-centric change. About the role You’ll drive the end-to-end change management process—developing stakeholder engagement strategies, facilitating adoption of new systems and processes, and embedding long-term cultural and behavioural change. Working closely with project teams, senior stakeholders, and communication leads, you’ll ensure that business readiness and user uptake are effectively managed across all phases of delivery. What you’ll be doing Develop and execute change management plans aligned to program goals and timelines Conduct stakeholder mapping, impact assessments, and readiness planning Create and deliver targeted communications, training, and support materials Lead engagement and consultation activities across a diverse stakeholder base Identify and manage resistance to change, building buy-in and adoption strategies Monitor change effectiveness and provide regular updates to program leadership Align change initiatives with broader transformation, delivery, and risk frameworks About you Proven experience leading organisational change across large-scale digital or business transformation programs Strong knowledge of change management frameworks (e.g. Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter) Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills Experience engaging at all levels, including executive and operational teams Skilled in developing high-quality briefs, reports, communications, and training content Agile program experience desirable Must be an Australian Citizen (Baseline clearance preferred or ability to obtain) Why apply Key leadership role in a long-term federal digital transformation program High visibility and impact across business and technology domains Collaborative and agile delivery environment Strategic change role focused on meaningful adoption, not just process Salary package of $180K Super, pending experience Apply now If you're ready to lead meaningful change across a critical government initiative click apply.
