We're seeking a capable and collaborative Junior HR Business Partner to join the HR team on a 12-month contract, supporting a large-scale integration project. Based in Bayswater, this role offers exposure to global processes, organisational change, and hands-on HR delivery across the employee lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Support the execution of organisational structure changes and HR-related integration linked to mergers & acquisitions Act as a trusted HR partner to business leaders, offering advice and support on employee relations, performance, talent, reward, and culture Communicate the business value of HR initiatives and participate in global/regional HR program rollouts to help solve relevant business challenges Collaborate with Centres of Competencies to deliver harmonised HR processes and ad-hoc projects Support standardisation and harmonisation initiatives across countries, including the review of policies, processes and practices About You Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR Advisor, Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within a complex, fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders Confident working independently and navigating ambiguity during times of change Solid understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practice Experience with Workday or similar HRIS systems is highly desirable Why Apply?
