This exciting Account Manager opportunity places you at the heart of a collaborative and driven team, managing a portfolio of clients across end-to-end service delivery, project coordination, and business operations. You'll work closely with internal departments-including Sales, Production, and Manufacturing-ensuring smooth execution of client requests, from product concept through to delivery. What You'll Be Doing: Act as the primary point of contact for a set portfolio of clients. Manage a range of operational tasks including quoting, order entry, and daily dispatch reporting. Oversee new product and card design launches-from brief and sampling to production and dispatch. Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project timelines and deliverables. Monitor SLAs and KPIs to ensure service quality is consistently met. Troubleshoot and resolve client queries or issues efficiently and professionally. Prepare client reports, reconcile invoices, and maintain accurate service records. Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives. Support internal team productivity and contribute to team meetings and strategy discussions. Ensure compliance with all quality, security, and operational protocols. What You'll Bring: A minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing or office-based role (account management preferred). Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with high attention to detail. Strong organisational and time management skills-you'll be juggling multiple priorities. Excellent email and inbox management. Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player. CRM experience and a willingness to learn internal systems and processes.
