Expression of Interest: Presentation & Facilitation Specialists We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced facilitators, presenters, and leadership development consultants to support the delivery of high-impact Leadership Skills Workshops for public sector professionals. We are building a pool of qualified, values-aligned consultants who can deliver engaging, practice-based learning experiences to professionals required to present and facilitate confidently and effectively in diverse, high-stakes environments, both in person and online. We are particularly interested in individuals who: Have demonstrated experience designing and delivering impactful training in either presentation skills, facilitation skills, or both. Understand the communication demands of government, policy, or professional settings. Are confident facilitators across both face-to-face and virtual modalities. Bring an inclusive, culturally respectful, and strengths-based facilitation approach. Opportunities may include: Facilitating engaging and interactive learning experiences focused on presentation and/or facilitation skills. Delivering full-day or modular workshops tailored to professional communication and group leadership contexts. Supporting participants to build confidence, presence, and clarity in both face-to-face and virtual environments. Providing practical strategies, tools, and real-time feedback to strengthen individual and group communication effectiveness. Contributing to the ongoing development, refinement, and evaluation of program content and learning resources. Location: Consultants must be based in the ACT or available to deliver face-to-face in the ACT, as well as virtually. Some travel may be required.
