Known for their high-quality, award-winning work, they collaborate with architects, developers, and local councils to supply and install vertical gardens on projects up to $1 million—ranging from office buildings and shopping centres to schools, hospitals, and urban spaces. The Opportunity With several major projects secured and a strong pipeline ahead, our client is seeking a driven and knowledgeable sales professional to join the team. This strategic role offers the chance to work closely with senior leadership, helping to expand market presence and drive business growth. You’ll work independently while receiving direct support from the Division Manager, playing a key role in client relationships and representing the brand across Perth's green building and landscaping sectors. The Role Lead and manage the bid and tender process for new projects Develop and implement growth strategies across key market sectors Foster a vibrant, collaborative, and positive company culture Work in close alignment with the Operations Manager to ensure project success Develop financial projections, set sales targets and monitor progress Build and maintain strong relationships with clients—both new and long-standing Assist in recruiting and onboarding top-tier staff Report directly to the Sales & Marketing Manager The Requirements 3–5 years’ experience in a sales or business development role within landscaping, construction, architectural supply, or green infrastructure Qualifications in Horticulture, Construction, Architecture, or a related field Proven track record in business development and client engagement A strong network of contacts within councils, developers, and commercial builders Familiarity with the WA market, particularly in urban design, green buildings, or landscape supply Looking to Relocate?
