This role oversees all aspects of reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and compliance while helping drive operational performance across sales, parts, service, and insurance. Key Responsibilities Lead month-end, half-year, and annual financial reporting Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation Analyse operational and financial KPIs to drive business decisions Manage and develop a dedicated retail finance team Monitor inventory, commissions, and profitability Strengthen internal controls and compliance with accounting standards Work closely with the broader finance and executive leadership teams What You’ll Bring CA or CPA qualification and a degree in Business or Commerce Experience in automotive retail or similar multi-site operations Strong leadership and team development capability Strategic mindset with hands-on operational finance experience Exposure to dealership DMS systems Confident communicator with a collaborative approach Location The position is based in Brisbane and works closely with executive stakeholders and the national retail team.
