About the role We are currently looking for a proactive Practice Assistant to join our Dispute Resolution team and provide support to Partner Jasmine Forde and her team. This is a full-time, permanent position. The daily responsibilities of this role include tasks such as billing, managing legal documents, building and maintaining client relationships, handling financial administration, organising files, and providing general administrative assistance. We are looking for someone who is capable of taking on this diverse range of responsibilities with enthusiasm. About You Minimum of 5 years in a legal support role (such as Legal Assistant, Practice Assistant, Legal Executive or Legal Secretary) Sound knowledge of the monthly billing process in a legal environment - experience with Elite highly regarded Typing speed of 70 wpm Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to analyse, problem solve and apply appropriate use of judgement Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, choosing an appropriate style for their audience Well-developed interpersonal skills Why work with us?
