Your New Role The role will see you manage the legalities of complex property transactions at every stage in the life cycle of a development including development, acquisition, disposal, leasing and other property matters including: business sale and purchases; management rights; motels (freehold and leasehold); rent roll businesses; other businesses centred around property commercial, industry and retail leasing; and buying and selling residential and commercial property. This role is working out of the firm's Brisbane or Gold Coast office.
