What you’ll do: Engage with stakeholders to gather, refine, and translate complex workflows into clear, actionable requirements. Support backlog development, prioritisation, and user story definition. Collaborate with delivery teams during sprint planning and execution. Contribute to workflow analysis, process documentation, and continuous improvement. What you’ll bring: Solid experience working in Agile teams with a focus on backlog management and refinement. Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to translate technical and business requirements effectively.
