As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will work with a team of data professionals and be responsible for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions within a Data Lakehouse environment. ROLE Develop and maintain scalable, well-structured data models in dbt, following Data Vault 2.0 methodologies. Build, optimise, and manage data pipelines to support reporting, analytics, and downstream data use. Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to improve data accessibility and usability across the organisation. Write and tune complex SQL queries to ensure performance efficiency in the creation and delivery of data products. Apply best practices for data quality monitoring, version control, automation, and maintain governance documentation and metadata. YOU Essential Requirements Demonstrated experience with Databricks in enterprise data environments, with a strong foundation in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI development. Solid understanding of data modelling, data governance, and query performance optimisation techniques. Experience working with Azure cloud services and modern data platforms. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and proven ability to collaborate effectively in team environments. Desirable Requirements Hands-on experience developing data engineering solutions in Databricks, including the use of Python and implementation of Data Vault 2.0 modelling techniques. Strong understanding of Data Lakehouse architecture, with experience in Agile delivery environments and modern data practices. Proficient in Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query) and Azure Data Factory, including pipeline development, data mapping, and wrangling dataflows. APPLY NOW!
