About the Role We are seeking a capable and passionate Human Resources Advisor with strong employee and industrial relations (ER/IR) expertise to join a supportive and collaborative HR team. In this fast-paced generalist role, you will work closely with leaders across a large and geographically dispersed workforce, providing expert guidance and high-quality support on a range of complex HR issues. A key focus of this role will be high-volume case management, including performance, conduct, and workplace investigations. You will also contribute to broader workforce initiatives that promote organisational development and positive culture. Key Responsibilities Manage a high volume of employee relations cases, including performance management, grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary processes. Provide accurate and timely advice on ER/IR matters, aligned with relevant legislation, enterprise agreements, and policies. Coach and support people leaders to build confidence and capability in managing people matters. Contribute to the review and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Partner with leaders on workforce planning and culture-building initiatives. Support compliance, audit and reporting activities, including HR metrics and insights. About You You are an experienced and confident HR professional with a strong interest in employee relations and a desire to make a positive impact. You thrive in a high-volume environment and enjoy being a trusted advisor to leaders. You will bring: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. Demonstrated experience in employee and industrial relations, ideally within a complex or service-based organisation. Proven experience in high-volume case management and conducting workplace investigations. A solid understanding of employment legislation, enterprise agreements and best-practice HR. Excellent interpersonal, coaching, and problem-solving skills. A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel to regional sites as required. Why Apply?
