This SDA Vacancy and Occupancy Coordinator is vital in managing SDA tenancy intake and coordination, and the end-to-end process. You will work closely with prospective tenants, support coordinators, social workers, and internal stakeholders to identify suitable SDA candidates, facilitate smooth transitions, and ensure high levels of customer service and compliance throughout the tenancy lifecycle. This dynamic, people-focused role requires strong relationship-building skills, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for improving housing outcomes for people with disabilities.
