That’s where you come in All about the role (job content; purpose of the role) The Media Manager plays a critical role in executing and optimising our digital media strategy across YouTube, BVOD, Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and managing our agency for traditional media (TV, Radio, OOH). This position ensures our media budget delivers maximum return by leveraging data-driven optimisations, audience segmentation, and emerging media opportunities. Key Responsibilities Media Strategy Management & Digital Execution Work with the Head of Growth Marketing to manage a combined media budget across digital and ATL media. Develop and implement a performance driven digital media strategy aligned with business objectives. Execute campaigns hands on across digital media (YouTube, BVOD, Social Media etc) Optimise spend & performance across channels to maximise efficiency and drive ROI. Own budget pacing, forecasting, and campaign adjustments to ensure optimized allocation. Make strategic decisions in adjusting audience and targeting strategies to achieve campaign objectives. ATL Media (TV, Radio, OOH) Strategy & Agency Collaboration Lead the integration of ATL and digital media for a unified strategy. Act as the key point of contact with the media agency, ensuring ATL media aligns with business & brand objectives. Oversee cross-channel attribution analysis, ensuring TV, radio, and OOH media are measured effectively. Optimise media mix modeling, working closely with our MMM partner to improve overall media effectiveness. Testing & Innovation Lead structured A/B and multivariate testing across creatives, audiences, and placements. Experiment with new ad formats, placements, and bidding strategies to improve performance. Work with our media agency, internal marketing teams, and Google to develop brand and creative effectiveness testing frameworks. Audience Strategy & Segmentation Leverage first-party data and clean room solutions to drive incremental reach. Campaign Reporting & Performance Analysis Provide weekly and monthly campaign reporting insights, data analysis, and recommendations to promote growth. Ensure head office in Amsterdam is across the local strategic approach, creative testing, and performance insights, while developing a strong understanding of global strategies. Influencer & Content Strategy Identify and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring alignment with paid media strategy. Oversee creation & distribution of influencer-generated content across paid channels. Can you deliver… A degree in a business / marketing related and / or analytical discipline such as marketing, commerce, business, economics etc Minimum 5 years of professional experience in programmatic buying, implementation, and digital strategy Proficient at programmatic campaign implementation via Campaign Manager, DV360 & Google Ads Experience with Attribution methodology Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and/or Google Docs Experience in digital reporting tools such as Google Analytics and Tableau Experience with devising and running brand lift studies Quick learner and able to rapidly acquire and apply technical skills Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure environment, prioritise multiple tasks and delegate when necessary Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external partnerships; in a collaborative & harmonious way and drive projects through to successful conclusion.
