About the Role We’re seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the strategy and execution of content across multiple platforms. This role will drive brand growth, community engagement, and storytelling for a fast-paced, dynamic brand in the health, wellness, and lifestyle space. You’ll be responsible for owning the social media strategy, managing a high-performing team, and working cross-functionally with creative, content, and digital teams to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy focused on growth, engagement, and brand storytelling Manage a content calendar and lead campaign execution across all major platforms Collaborate with internal creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver high-impact content Lead influencer and partner collaboration campaigns, ensuring alignment with community values Analyse performance metrics, trends, and audience insights to optimise strategy Guide paid and organic content strategy in collaboration with the Performance Marketing team Manage and mentor junior social media team members Oversee project timelines and workflows using tools like Asana Deliver weekly and monthly reports on performance and KPIs Liaise with internal stakeholders including brand, digital, and executive teams Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ hands-on experience in social media or marketing People management experience Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or related field Strong understanding of consumer behaviour, digital trends, and platform algorithms Experience managing campaigns from strategy through to reporting Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines Experience in the health, wellness, lifestyle or fashion sectors (preferred) Benefits Collaborative, supportive team culture Competitive salary package Flexible working arrangements (1 day) Opportunities for growth and leadership Office dogs and a fun, energetic workplace!
