We are seeking a Senior Strategy and Performance Officer to develop plans for innovative projects across the business. In this role you will: Manage the coordination of the organisation's non-financial performance indicators for the Service Delivery Statements, including the management of client surveys and performance data. Work in collaboration to develop, implement and maintain performance measures, analysis, reporting frameworks and strategies, including data dictionaries, to support the organisation's reporting commitments and strategic direction. Prepare and contribute to the creation of timely and well researched submissions, policy papers, briefs and notes on complex issues contributing to key Queensland and Commonwealth trade and investment strategies. Deliver and interpret key data/insights and intelligence to enable organisational decision-making, including research and analyse of emerging issues and trends relevant to trade and investment policies and initiatives. Lead the coordination and quality control of briefs for the annual Estimates process and Ministerial Council meetings relating to Trade and Investment. Develop and maintain effective relationships across the business units, the host agency, and other state/federal government stakeholders to maintain reporting obligations or respond to other operational objectives. Ensure activities adhere to the relevant legislative and organisational guidelines and procedures, including data library and/or record keeping requirements.
