We’ve partnered with a reputable and well-established company to offer an exciting opportunity for a hands-on Mesh Machine Operator. About the Role: Quality checking finished mesh products Strapping and preparing packs of mesh for dispatch Unloading finished products from the machine and stacking in the yard Loading 1-tonne wire coils onto the machine using forklift and overhead crane Assisting with the daily operation and maintenance of the mine mesh machine Hands-on training provided to ensure you're confident in all aspects of the role Working Hours: Monday to Thursday: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM Friday: 6:30 AM to 12:30 PM Key Requirements for Success: Forklift license and experience operating forklifts Comfortable working in a physically demanding, hands-on role Previous experience in a manufacturing or yard environment (advantageous) Strong commitment to safety and teamwork Willingness to learn and adapt during training Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $35.00 per hour Opportunity to transition to a permanent role after probation Full on-the-job training provided Be part of a supportive, close-knit team Long-term career potential with a reputable company About Our Client: Our client is a recognised industry leader in mesh manufacturing, known for their commitment to innovation, quality, and employee development.
