As a Trainee Factual Investigator you will work closely with our Investigations team in the day to day operations of our division. The Role: Preparation and writing of formal reports and documents for clients; Review investigator field notes; Conduct enquiries and liaise daily with clients and investigators; Ongoing investigations administration and support. About You: Proven administration experience (1-2 years). An interest in investigations and/or law enforcement. Excellent writing skills, grammar, spelling and report preparation abilities. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office). Time management and organisational skills. Great customer focus and dedication. A confident and pleasant approach to phone and email enquiries. A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy.
