Role – SAP HCM and Payroll Consultant Location: Perth, WA Engagement Type: Permanent Rubix Solutions is seeking a highly experienced SAP HCM and Payroll Consultant to support our client, a major enterprise undergoing critical digital HR transformation. This role is ideal for a senior-level professional with deep functional expertise across SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) modules, including Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, and Employee Self-Service. Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end SAP HCM and Payroll implementations and ongoing support Understand business processes and map them to SAP functionality, particularly for Payroll and Time Management Collaborate with Finance (FI) and other functional teams to ensure seamless GL postings, HR vendor setup, and cost centre allocations Support cutover activities, data migration, and various testing phases Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and provide ongoing enhancement support Required Skills and Experience: 10 years of experience in SAP HCM, with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and Time modules In-depth understanding of payroll processes, compliance, and statutory regulations Proven track record in full lifecycle SAP implementations Ability to debug and resolve functional issues with minimal supervision Desirable: Experience with S/4HANA implementations Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors (e.g., Recruitment, Onboarding) If you are interested, understand the role and meet the above criteria, please provide your latest CV and confirm that you haven't directly applied to and happy to be represented to this engagement by Rubix Solutions.
