The Role The purpose of the Relationship Manager is to contribute to the growth of the broker and aggregator relationships within the mortgage broker industry through portfolio management and providing support to the Business Development Team. Here’s what your day could look like: Scout for new business opportunities: Look within our direct networks to boost sales and revenue for Pepper. Deliver top-notch service: Provide excellent communication to both internal and external customers. Support the sales team: Assist our on-the-road sales team. Understand loan products: Gain a deep understanding of loan products, lender policies, and loan structuring to guide brokers. Ensure compliance: Adhere to all regulatory requirements and uphold best practices. About you We’re looking for someone who understands how to work with people, provide top-notch customer service and understands home-lending. Here’s what we’re looking for: Communication skills: Strong communication skills to work effectively with people and negotiate positive outcomes. Experienced and passionate: Previous experience in sales, especially in financial services. Results-driven: Proactive and able to identify and seize growth opportunities within the broker network.
