The Role Working from their offices in North Sydney and reporting to the Global General Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing marketing and digital content strategies. Targeting both consumers and retail clients, you will elevate the brand’s visibility and customer engagement. With a strong background in digital marketing and social media, and experience in content development and brand storytelling, you will use your strategic and analytical thinking together with your hands-on content creation skills to make a significant impact on the continued success of the business. Duties Marketing Strategy & Brand Management Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer retention. Create and execute the brand messaging, ensuring alignment across all channels to maintain a consistent and compelling voice. Track and analyse campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to optimize results. Digital Content Creation & Social Media Management Plan, produce, and publish high-quality content across digital platforms, including social media, website, email, and blogs. Manage social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube) with a focus on engaging content that resonates with the audience. Develop a content calendar and schedule posts that align with brand objectives, key events, and seasonal promotions. Website & SEO Management Oversee website content updates, ensuring an engaging, user-friendly experience that aligns with SEO best practices. Monitor and improve website traffic, conversion rates, and search rankings through SEO-optimized content. Work with web developers and designers as needed to improve site functionality and aesthetics. Email Marketing & Client Communications Design and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture client relationships, promote new offerings, and announce events. Skills and Experience Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field. Experience in marketing, or digital content, preferably in the electronics, personal care or audio sectors. Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and campaign management. Excellent writing and storytelling skills with a strong understanding of brand voice and audience engagement. Proficiency in digital marketing tools, including social media platforms, email marketing software, and analytics tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress). Experience in content editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite or Canva). Flexibility and adaptability to work in a busy environment where standards are high. A positive, collaborative and solution-focused attitude.
