Our client is an innovative Corporate Event Management agency with global connections. They provide creative “audience-first” event experiences for their clients, locally and internationally. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Producer to join their Event Production team, pitching, organising and executing a wide variety of event projects including corporate meetings, multi-day conferences, virtual meetings, product launches, high-end incentive programs, Gala Dinners and exhibitions. The role: Reporting to GM of Production and working alongside an Event Manager, the Senior Producer co-leads the complete end-to-end process of delivering an event, with a focus on the production elements. You will contribute to concept development and ideation, pitch delivery, strategic content development, through to final production You will be responsible for delivering complex, medium to large-scale projects for highly discerning global and local clients Manage and source venues and suppliers to maximise value and margin Key Account management of clients, respecting stringent brand guidelines while often dealing with multiple stakeholders Full responsibility for production budgets and cost control Post-event analysis and reporting Create schedules and relevant documentation for onsite production including production schedules, show runs, briefing documents, floor plans Preparation of risk assessments Attend and report at client WIP meetings Manage onsite production deliverables and vendors including setup, packdown, content and show elements Provide show direction including presenter and talent management Semiregular travel required (Domestic and International) Candidate profile: You will have a minimum of 5 years agency experience as an Event Producer/Senior Producer Demonstrated expertise in complex corporate live events and production A background in show direction and/or audio visual production will be favourable Highly developed and demonstrated project management skills, ability to meet deadlines and to balance competing priorities in a dynamic and high-profile work environment You will be a strategic thinker, effective collaborator and passionate about achieving excellence in all elements of your projects In depth knowledge of venues and suppliers in key Australian and International locations You will be highly organised with a high-level of attention to detail Proven experience with creating, managing and reconciling large budgets Experience with the Adobe Suite incl Photoshop and Canva (preferred) Australian drivers licence Exceptional communication skills with the ability to manage and grow relationships with key stakeholders including clients, staff, and third-party suppliers Salary & benefits: Competitive salary of $120- $130K plus super - dependent on experience Career growth opportunities Collaborative agency culture and flexible work arrangement THE MONDAY GROUP is a specialist recruitment agency and executive search firm for the events, experiential marketing, hotel & hospitality industries.
