Role Overview As a Business Systems Analyst - Projects , you’ll be the critical link between the Quality Systems team and departments like QARA . Your focus will be on improving systems and processes, making sure business needs are met, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment while making a significant impact on the quality of our products. Key Responsibilities Business Analysis : Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, identify areas for process and system improvements, and ensure that business requirements are met. Project Discovery : Lead workshops, gather project requirements, and document key insights to align with overall business goals. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with various teams to ensure business requirements are understood and translate business needs into technical specifications. Vendor Selection : Support the vendor selection process, ensuring that the right partners are chosen to meet project requirements. Optimize Tools : Propose and enhance the use of tools such as Confluence , Jira , ChatGPT , and Copilot to streamline QARA activities and improve efficiency. Training Development : Design and deliver training programs to ensure QARA users can effectively use the tools available to them. Effective Communication : Maintain clear, transparent communication with all stakeholders to ensure project success. Industry Awareness : Stay ahead of industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies to ensure our systems remain at the cutting edge. Qualifications & Experience Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience : 3-5 years of experience in business analysis and project support. Expertise in using Confluence , Jira , Copilot , ChatGPT , and other AI-driven tools. Proven ability to manage vendor selection and make informed business recommendations. Strong training experience, with a demonstrated ability to design and deliver effective programs. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. Preferred : CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) Experience in the large-scale medical device industry is a plus.
